Why private yoga sessions?

Each chapter of this course is accompanied by a self-study handout that helps you integrate the lessons you learn from the course into your life and teaching. Those assignments are for your personal use only. You can download them chapter by chapter, or you can download the entire Private Yoga Clients Workbook.

The only assignment you need to submit to your teacher to get your CE credits is your Final Project at the end of this course. You will get step-by-step instructions on how to do that when you complete the course.
